Company Profile

Spinning finish for polyester filament POY.
< General character > 1, appearance (25 ºC): colorless or yellowish transparent liquid.
2. Ph (1% aqueous solution): 5.5-7.5.
3. Active ingredients (%): 85.0 ±2.0%.
4. Ionic type: cationic / Nonionic.
< usage > this finish is prepared into an emulsion of 10: 15%, and the precursor is oiled with a nozzle in the spinning process.
< emulsion blending > oiling. Recommended oiling rate: 0.3-0.4%.
1. In fully stirred deionized water, add 300-500PPM anti-case agent and stir evenly for 10-20 minutes.
2. Slowly add POY oil while stirring. After the oil is completely degraded, continue to stir for 30-60 minutes.
3. Recommended temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-30 ºC, water temperature 25-30 ºC: allowable temperature: oil temperature
20-40 ºC, water temperature 20-40 ºC.
4. Water quality: less than 2us/cm is recommended and less than 10u s/cm is allowed.
< packing and Storage > Special barrel for 200kg. According to the transportation of non-toxic and non-dangerous goods, it is stored in the room at about 20-30 ºC. The oil agent that comes first is used first, and the storage period is not more than one year.
